St Teresa's College Alumnae Association (AstA) marked the beginning of the new year by organizing a captivating art exhibition at the Durbar Hall Art Gallery from January 1st to 3rd. The event was a significant part of the ongoing centenary celebrations of the esteemed college.

Twenty talented Astaites showcased their artistic prowess, with some of them presenting their work publicly for the very first time. The exhibition served as a platform for these alumnae members to display a diverse range of paintings, highlighting the rich artistic tapestry within the St Teresa's College community.

The event was inaugurated by Jose K Mani M P, Coastal Security I.G. G Poonguzhali IPS, St. Theresas college manager Dr. Sister Vineetha, K Sidharthan - Ex. HOD RLV College.

The event was curated by Purssian Blue Art Hub founder Sri. Suresh T R.

The event was not only a celebration of art but also a testament to the empowerment ethos upheld by St Teresa's College. Empowerment, as emphasized by the Association, is the recognition of each person's innate talents and prospects by the individual themselves. It reflects the belief that every person possesses unique gifts that deserve acknowledgment and celebration.

The paintings on display reflected the varied perspectives and creative expressions of the AstA members. From vibrant abstracts to intricate landscapes, the exhibition showcased the diversity of artistic talent nurtured by St Teresa's College over the years.

AstA's dedication to empowering its members through artistic expression was evident throughout the exhibition, reinforcing the college's commitment to nurturing holistic development and individual growth. As the centenary celebrations continue, the alumnae art exhibition stands out as a shining example of how St Teresa's College continues to shape and empower generations of talented individuals.
